Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
If you have insurance, the cost depends on your insurance coverage. Generally, your co-pay is the same as if you were seeing a doctor. But you have to meet your deductible. Since Insurance plans widely different, you may want to check with your provider.

If you do not have insurance then you are eligible for our reduced fee program. This program is designated for the underserved and uninsured part of our community. You must meet specific criteria to be in this program. Call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I make an appointment for my daughter?
If your daughter is 17 years old or younger than you can make an appointment for her. Anyone 18 years or older must make their own appointment.
 

How old does the child have to be to obtain counseling services?
In order to receive individual counseling services, a child has to be at least 3 years old and talkative. However, we do a family approach so that you family sessions are just one fee and all family members (regardless of age) can be included.


Do you do Couple Counseling?
Yes, as long as either person is not an abuser. Our domestic violence program is only available to victims and their children.


What Insurance do you take?
We do not take Medicare or Medicaid. While we have a list under services, that can change so either check with your insurance provider or call us.
