Bridges to a New Day celebrates 5th anniversary with annual fundraiser brunch

Bridges to a New Day will host its annual fundraising brunch Sunday, March 29 at Broken Arrow Golf Course in Lockport, Ill. This year’s event will hold a special significance for the agency, doubling as a celebration of the organization’s fifth year of service and continued growth.

The event will include brunch, flower drawing and silent auction, as well as other opportunities to make donations. Having doubled its services in the last year alone, Bridges to a New Day relies on financial support from generous donors to serve its growing client base.

“The money raised from this function provides the majority of our funding for the next year. We are in need of items for the silent auction as well as sponsorship funding for the event. As the demanding for our counseling services increase so does the need for additional funding to provide those services. ” Executive Director Carolyn Khan said.
